Trullo Carlotta is lovely little family-owned villa set in one of the most interesting landscapes Italy has to offer. Surrounded by olive groves and with its own private pool, it's one of the prettiest trullis in Puglia and ideal for a rural escape.

 

It's also perfect for large groups of people or families wanting to go away with friends as it's one of the few places with a private pool for sole use that can accommodate large groups of people.

 

The villa has four bedrooms and sleeps seven people: two of the bedrooms are double, one is twin and one is single. There are three bathrooms: two are ensuite and one is separate, with a bath. The kitchen is well equipped and opens out onto a lovely shady patio. There is a cosy sitting room with two sofas (one is a sofabed if needed), and the pool and garden are fantastico.

 

Although it's been exended and refurbished, it's a humble size - but hopefully you'll be spending your days in the gorgeous Puglian sun. In any case there's still plenty of space to relax inside and play a few board games if you're lucky enough to witness one of the region's infamous (and, don't worry, not often) thunderstorms! 

 

From the beer festival in Triggianello and the markets in Putignano, to the sandy beaches of Capitolo and the caves in Castellana Grotte, Trullo Carlotta is close to some of the best attractions this region has to offer. Not to mention the restaurants, cafes and bars in the nearby towns.

 

It has been our family holiday home for over ten years and although we know the area really well, there's always something new to do, see or hear. We hope you enjoy it as much we do!
